Phoenix Rising presents an unusual opportunity for businesses, organizations and individuals alike to both reach an exciting demographic and to support our educational mission. Our conference expects over 1,000 Harry Potter enthusiasts, and our weekend provides them with a chance to collaborate and learn from each other while taking in the grace and charm of the Crescent City. Our attendees are voracious readers, talented writers and artists, academics in every imaginable field and professionals from around the world.

Narrate Conferences, Inc., the non-profit corporation presenting Phoenix Rising, is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, all donations, including sponsorships, are eligible for tax deduction.

Our sponsorship opportunities come in a wide variety of options. Most of our events may be sponsored, as may most of our programming sessions. Another popular choice that will allow you to reach all attendees is items for inclusion in our registration bags. We would also be happy to accept donations of goods or services. Perhaps most exciting is our Bayou Quidditch League. For $500, the Borders Riverside Quidditch Classic will include your team as a member of the Bayou Quidditch League. Sponsors get to choose their team's name and mascot, and Phoenix Rising will create custom artwork for your team, as well as a team history that incorporates the history of your business or organization. The mascots and histories will be displayed on our website, and we will use your sponsorship money to purchase individualized jerseys for the players on your team.

Another exciting sponsorship opportunity for fan groups and websites is our Wireless Web Network. Every fan group or website that sponsors Phoenix Rising, whether a programming session, a Quidditch team or a major event, will be invited to participate in the Wireless Web Network on Artists and Authors Night. Participation is complimentary with any sponsorship, and fans may use their tables to promote their group or website in a variety of ways.
